Tips to lose weight for wedding day
If you are a future bride or a future groom, surely you have thought to look as good as possible on wedding day.
Therefore, when the big day comes, is time to finish the work with a last meeting to sports and some food rules.
Here is how you should care before the wedding:
• Do exercises even if briefly. Some abdomens, feet lifting, extents, lunges, are the movements necessary to gain mobility and enviable posture before getting in the bride dress. Sports help your body and prevent emotions and give you energy to dance all night.
• Eat before you start the exercises, preferably something rich in protein, but not in fibers to avoid inconvenience to intestines.
• This is not the day to try something new, as mountain biking or water-skiing instead. I think you don’t want to get hurt before you get in front of the altar.
• Don’t force too much the body. Do some moderate difficulties, but those you like, such as running on the beach or bike through town. The goal is training the body deflation, loss of water, heart exercise and mind calm down.
• Include and your partner in training before wedding. Thus, you can spend more time together, and you will have lot of fun.
