3 Strategy to banish hunger temptation

If you are an active woman, but you chose to work from home, or do not have a lot of the world around the office, most often it is difficult to keep a diet that respects all the rules that you want.

When working alone, the biggest risk is to leave tempted by all kindness so harmful to your figure, especially if your fridge is crammed with prohibited food.

The result? Many women in your situation often complain of kilograms in plus, is what we call entrepreneur syndrome. Here are the few secrets for a healthy diet:

1. Organize your meals efficient

Do not forget that before you leave the office to do a packet for lunch, after you chose a menu low in carbohydrates and a casual dessert, consisting of cheese, boiled eggs, bacon and an apple.
Organize your meals and snack, so we cannot be forced to cheat with other dishes that would damage your silhouette.

In contrast, if you work from home, do your custom only to eat in the kitchen and to avoid to have barged in refrigerator, outside the main meal of the day.

2. Are you sure you are really hungry?

When you’re tempted to crunch some good, think first: you are really hungry? If so, then kept home packets near you, from where you can taste. If you do not really hungry but just feel tired and you need a break, take a walk outdoors or call a friend to spend the time.

3. Feel the need to eat as sign of reward for successful completion of a project?

Replace furtively eating with a walk outdoors, alone or with a friend. Or, better yet, get out of office and serve a coffee without sugar in your favorite café. In addition, you can read the newspaper or enjoy a drink with low intake of carbohydrates.
